Growth
Group Facilitator - Growth groups are made up of about eight people. There
is a lot of flexibility as to how a growth group functions, but two
components are critical: discipleship and accountability.

Stephen
Minister - One to one lay caring ministry. Stephen Leaders assign Stephen Ministers to persons with
needs for care. Stephen Ministers meet with their care receivers for about
an hour once a week for as long as the person needs this level of care.

UMYF
Volunteer Youth Counselor - Adult
leadership position working with youth – options include working with
Mid High age group (grades 6 – 8) or Senior High age group (grades 9 –
12).

Mid
High Sunday School Teacher - Adult
leadership position responsible for leading Sunday School lessons for 6th
– 8th graders lasting approximately 45 minutes.
|
|
Senior
High Sunday School Teacher - Adult
leadership position responsible for leading Sunday School lessons for 9th
– 12th graders lasting approximately 45 minutes.

|
Servanthood
Mentor - Through Servanthood, youth
learn to take a leadership role in the Youth-led Ministry Planning Teams and
meet each Wednesday from 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. to evaluate the Wednesday night
program efforts. As well as
these brief weekly meetings, the ServantHood meets once a month (usually on
a Sunday following the second service) for evaluation, planning, training
and fellowship.

Vacation Bible School
(VBS) Volunteer
- Help with a five day evening program of fun, crafts,
music, and Bible lessons.
